In our last video tutorial, we discussed how to create products using a comma-separate value (CSV) file. CSVs can allow you as a merchant to add products to your store in a faster and more automated way. But what happens when you need to tie products together, such as through variations and a configurable product?

Our latest video tutorial shows how you can create the variations and then link the products together in a way that allows for the products to be displayed on page. In the example in the video, if you have clothing in a few sizes and colors, you can have a size attribute and color attribute, and then the different variations of sizes and colors (which form a product matrix) are declared on the spreadsheet so you can tie them together into one product listing.

Similar to the previous CSV tutorial, you declare your data headers in the top row, and then each row relates to one individual product (designated by the SKU).
