More Zoey Enhancements Launched in January, 2018

As we close out January, the Zoey team has continued to release a number of improvements and enhancements to supplement our existing feature set. 

Remember, you can always stay up to date with the latest updates, and share your feedback about what we should add next. Here’s a summary of some of our recent updates, available now:

  • Abandoned Cart Upgrades: Zoey customers have requested a number of improvements to our Abandoned Cart capability, and we have accordingly rolled out a substantial upgrade in January, along with resolving some small but reported issues with the solution. Recent additions include:
    • Send more than one reminder! Schedule multiple follow-ups with customers for best chances at bringing them back.
    • An option has been added to show a recovery email link. The link will automatically restore items to the cart.
    • A new export feature lets you export what items were placed in the cart.
    • We have also added the ability to add a discount code or gift card to a customer’s cart
  • Starting From: 

    To help better visualize a range of pricing when using Configurable Products to merchandise, you can now display “Starting From” language to make it clearer that the pricing will depend on the selection.
  • Gift Card Balance Check: A gift card balance can now be checked online. For security reasons, they will need to provide the email address to which the gift card was delivered, along with the gift card number.
  • Customer “File” Attribute:

    You can now create customer attributes that allow the uploading of a file, such as a PDF or JPG, for maintaining customer documentation within the platform.

  • Cloning Configurable Products: When cloning a configurable product, it will now by default carry over variation information.
  • Attach PDFs to Emails: Order, invoice and shipment emails can have the related PDF generated by Zoey for that action attached to the email. This is a new option setting in the admin.
  • Cart Can Show Attributes: You can now choose to enable attributes of a product, being shown in the cart for more complete information, via a new setting.
