If you haven’t visited our Zoey Updates section recently, you’ve missed a half dozen major updates we’ve made to the platform in recent weeks. But as always, along with the bigger features, we’re also making smaller improvements and additions along the way as well.
Here’s a look at some those other enhancements made to Zoey in the last couple of months.
Reporting Updates
- The Stock Report now has a filter to remove Disabled items from the list.
- You can group by Account or Contact option in the Products Ordered by Category report.
- You can now search for multiple SKUs in the Customers by SKU report.
- You can now set the number of products to display for the Best Sellers report.
Zoey Admin Grid Updates
- The Ordered Items grid has been updated to allow for customization of columns, and behaves similarly to the Recent Orders grid on the Zoey Storefront.
- The Accounts grid now has a Past Due Amount column.
- A currency column has been added to the Invoice and Shipment grids.
- Inventory Location Quantity has been added as a column to the Products grid.
- An Analytics Bar has been added to the Invoices grid.
- Order grids now have a Shipment Date column.
Zoey Storefront Updates
- When using Authorize.Net as a payment method, saved Credit Cards can now be given a nickname.
- You can now disable the Add to Cart button that fixes to the bottom of Bundle Products.
- PDFs can now be attached to shipment records. For ease of use, we’ve also added the ability to Draft and Drop PDFs onto the screen when processing a shipment. Shipment Attachments can be available to the buyer on the Zoey Storefront.
ShipStation Integration Updates
- A new setting lets you filter and choose which Order Attributes are synced to ShipStation for reference.
- A new setting lets you set the sequence by which Order Attributes are appended to the ShipStation field.
Other Zoey Updates
- Account objects support has been added to the Data Mapper. This includes a variety of fields relating to the Account including Contacts, Locations, Ship To/Bill To Addresses, and Custom Account Attributes, among others.
- Improvements have been made to editing Product Quantity in the Orders/Drafts/Quotes screen to allow for a smoother experience in the Zoey Admin.
- Admin users can now set which Shipping and Payment Methods are allowed by default, on the Account level, when registering for a new Account. The Account-specific settings would override the customer group or global settings when utilized.
- A new setting allows Zoey Admin users to allow permission for a Custom Address to be used when placing an Order. Custom Addresses are different from the normal process in that they are not saved to the Address Book.
- When an order is cancelled, the comment now lists the user who cancelled the order in the Zoey Admin.
- Order comments now record the email address when a contact does not receive an email due to permission settings.
- Quantity Increment Packaging now translates more easily for use in other languages.
- Past Due messaging was added to Order Statement emails, Invoice email and Pay Now page.
- Send Bill option has been added to the Split Order allowed methods.
- Downloadable Products now automatically update the URL for previous purchases when a downloadable link is updated to a new version.
