The Customizations feature allows those ordering products to provide more specific information about a product at the time of ordering. This can be done by buyers making purchases on the Zoey Storefront, as well as those within your business creating orders in the Zoey Admin. Many of our sellers leverage this feature to capture important additional info needed, but sometime this information evolves.
Until now, editing customizations after an order was created was not available. With this update, we’ve taken a step forward, opening the way for some customization editing capabilities.
Notably, customizations that do not have an impact on the price of the item or the SKU being ordered is now supported. If your customization is a Drop-Down or a Multiselect with any Price or SKU Adjustments, it cannot be edited after placing the Order.

Editing Customizations in the Zoey Admin
A new link is added that allows you to edit Customizations. Customizations that can not be edited due to its effect on the SKU or the price will be grayed out and noted. Those that can be edited can be updated and saved. Zoey will capture a reason for the edit as part of logging these actions, which can be helpful later if a change needs to be reviewed.
