Our latest update to our ShipStation integration surfaces those discounted rates into the Zoey workflow for creating Orders, Drafts and Quotes. With this update, businesses can now calculate rates via ShipStation in the cart, ensuring that what is offered during creation of Orders, Drafts and Quotes matches with the rate that will be charged upon fulfillment.
For our sellers that are leveraging ShipStation, this means less frequent need to adjust Invoices due to changes between the shipping calculated in the Cart and that during Shipping, and a smoother process fulfilling orders.
To use ShipStation shipping methods you will need to already have the ShipStation integration active on your Zoey store, and those shipping options enabled in ShipStation.
