SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2021 B2B Ecommerce Platforms Data Quadrant Awards, naming Zoey a ‘Leader’ in its quadrant. Zoey has also been awarded a Gold Medal for being one of the top solutions in the category.
The ranking is earned according to the feedback provided by Zoey’s end users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors are rated on product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner.
This is the first time Ecommerce has been divided into a specific B2B category; Zoey was previously recognized twice in the overall Ecommerce category. Zoey is also the smallest company to receive a Gold Medal in the rankings.

Aggregated emotional response ratings are included in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product – all from the software users’ point of view.
In the latest rankings, Zoey’s likelihood to recommend of 83% met or exceeded the rankings of such competitors as Shopify Plus, Miva and Oro Commerce. Zoey’s Emotional Footprint ranking of +79 met or exceeded those of Big Commerce, Oracle CX Commerce and Adobe Commerce Cloud (formerly Magento).
